Antiracism Workshop: Challenging Injustice and Constructing Co-Existence

Please join us for a shared learning session on Antiracism. Fueled by a trauma-Informed approach, this interactive session invites participants to consider how their own racial identity impacts their peace work and how the fields of conflict transformation and racial justice inform one another. Previous participation in an Antiracism Training is not a prerequisite. Participants will: 1) Learn about historical events, ideologies, and social structures, and their impacts on today’s beliefs, bias, prejudice, perception of race, and systems of inequity. 2) Explore the concepts of Conflict Transformation, Intersectionality, and Equity. 3) Reflect on their own racial identity.
